Your Role and Impact
As the Commercial Pricing Manager, you will be the strategic partner and driving force behind our commercial team’s success, directly influencing how they achieve the best outcomes for the organisation. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring they consistently deliver the optimal service and pricing strategy across North and South America.
Your analytical acumen will be essential as you delve into data, extracting meaningful insights that guide our commercial decisions. But your role goes beyond the numbers—it's about understanding the intricacies of customer relationships and ensuring our approach is both strategic and empathetic. You’ll be the one to challenge, motivate, and engage with various commercial teams, ensuring that our strategies align with the broader goals of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the regional pricing strategy in line with the company overall commercial and pricing strategy.
- Analyze and optimize the regional customer and trade mix in line with company overall strategy (trade & customer portfolio mix / allocation).
- Monitor the market and identify opportunities for growth across customer segments, trades, and markets.
- Maximize revenue (yield management) based on level of demand and customers’ willingness.
- Assist in developing new tools & enhancements to further automate, digitize and optimize the quoting, pricing, budget, forecasting and other programs.
- Lead the process of setting regional shipment budget including shipments, transportation revenue and direct operating costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
- Experience within the logistics industry is a pre.
- Minimal 5 years of commercial / pricing management experience (in a logistics environment).
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to interpret data (Excel is a must, Power BI preferred).
