Position
The Country Manager /  Business Owner position focuses on value creation drivers, i.e; client retention, client services, consulting/project delivery, new client acquisition (through marketing generated inbound leads), influences product strategy, opportunity identification (market, leads, products).

This position focuses on revenue creation: sales, upsell etc. in the area of Revenue Management, Price & Promo, Marketing Mix modeling. Guides a team of consulting and services professionals to service clients, support sales and project implementation.

This role is a key job in the company for being promotion to group business leadership positions. Meeting annual revenue budget and Growth in the value for a business (must win battle realization).

KPI’s (Main deliverables):
  • A reliable business performance (no/low deviations from promises or budgets)
  • Achieve targets (realization vs budget/fc)
  • Client upsell (innovate and bring value to clients)
  • New business / logo’s (acquisition)
  • Smooth coop with SMEs and Client Operations
Qualifications
Candidates with client experience, subject matter expertise on either or both client side, or consulting side.
Experience with marketing (digital/online, media, research etc) data is a must.

  • This position is highly business related
  • Experience and affinity with Software, Analytics & Data is required.
  • 3+ years experience in business development & consultative selling in the area of:
        • Marketing data integration
        • Price & promo analytics projects
        • Marketing mix optimization projects
        • Ideally also Software and data platform implementation projects
  • 5+ years hands on experience with implementation projects
  • Inspiring leadership and strong connector of cross functional company teams & client stakeholders.
  • University – Master Degree
