Consulting experience is not a requirement if you come with sufficient expertise in one of our core competency areas (Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Strategy) but is an advantage.

Qualifications
You need significant experience in consulting or industry with a focus on one of our core competency areas. You are able to grow together with the company and you want to develop yourself to a broad management role. We are looking for people with a passion for commercial issues and superior analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
You enjoy and have success working in teams. With your team you can deliver sound and validated strategic recommendations to our client. You are entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, curious, and with a great drive. You strive for the best results and are motivated to keep the bar as high as possible. You are able to speak and write the Dutch and English language fluently.

Offer
New experienced hires brought in at Manager or Director level, will be involved in all phases of project work from day one. As an experienced consultant you are project manager in the projects and in this role responsible for guiding junior colleagues.
You are involved from day one at the client: from the first contact with the client until the final presentation of our recommendations and eventually in some case involvement in implementation. You are a builder and actively involved in developing and growing our company, both in acquisition and development of our less experienced consultants.
