Main Accountabilities:
The goal is leading the data analytics side of RGM. Transforming the business to a more fact based data insight driven organization. Combining all angles of insights. Combining the data-sources and lead the analytics in current, new to build and support new digital enhanced long term tools and solutions aligned to the total transformation journey of the company.
Main Accountabilities:
- Lead the analytics of their long term Revenue Growth strategy for their direct route to markets across the five pillars of Price, Promotion, Trade Investment, Pack Price Architecture, and Mix Management to ensure consistent year-on-year revenue accretion and to drive sustainable growth.
- Own existing tools within RGM and develop new cross country tool solutions aligned to our RGM playbook list of key analytics and beyond.
- Engage and work with key stakeholders across the business and region to unlock these Growth plans to deliver agreed revenue growth targets.
- Run the required analytics necessary to mitigate the impact of forthcoming environmental regulation on the Soft Drinks industry
- Engage with external partners such as IRI/Nielsen and other RGM specialists to deliver insights for the business
- Manage and monitor RGM scorecards and performance management processes and ensure clear links with the company routines such as S&OP, stage gate and country monthly and quarterly reviews
- Advance the revenue management capability across the organisation, through training and on the job experience related to “all things analytics”
- Bring in new knowledge being part of the wider SBFE transformation focus areas and proofs of concepts in analytics.
- Revenue Growth performance is tracked on the progression of the following KPIs:- Net Sales per Litre, Gross Profit per Litre, Absolute incremental Gross Profit delivery

Qualifications
- RGM experience gained in FMCG/Soft Drinks: pricing, pack price architecture, trading terms and promotional TPM/TPO
- Proven track record of delivering RGM tools, insights and new shaped hypotheses
- Proven track record in translating insights into selling stories and in market measurable topline results
- International experience
- English speaking
